From Portsmouth and Maine:
Take the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) north over the bridge and get off at exit #6W which will put you onto Route 4 West. Continue on Route 4 West to the third set of traffic lights. It will be the next lights after the Route 108 Durham/Newmarket exit. Make a left at the lights onto Madbury Road and go exactly one mile. The Durham Health Center sign is on your left. Park in the parking lot.
From Dover:
Take exit 8W off of the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16) which will put you on Route 155 West. You値l go through one set of lights. When you come to a three way intersection, you値l make a left onto Madbury Road going towards Durham. You値l go through one set of lights and then after a mile or so you値l see The Durham Health Center sign on your left. Park in the parking lot.
From Rochester and Epping:
Go south or north on Route 125 to the Lee Traffic Circle. Take Route 4 East towards Portsmouth. Go to the lights and make a right onto Madbury road. After a mile or so you値l see The Durham Health Center sign on your left. Park in the parking lot.
